상악동수술
Purpose_ To alleviate odontogenic chronic maxillary sinusitis with specialized surgical techniques and to sugically remove out failed implant fixtures in the sinus lumen. Additionally, we perform lateral approach bone grafting to ensure safe implant placement.
Target_ Patients with severe periodontal disease in the upper molars showing signs of chronic inflammation in the maxillary sinus, or those with insufficient bone due to maxillary sinus pneumatization, or cases of failed upper molar implants from general clinics.
Procedure_ Maxillary sinus bone grafting (lateral approach) with immediate implant placement on the day of extraction
목적 _ 윗어금니와 가까운 상악동의 만성염증과 이물함입을 해결하고 안전하게 임플란트를 식립할수있도록 뼈이식등을 측방접근으로 실시.
대상 _ 윗어금니의 뿌리염증이 심해서 상악동내로 만성염증의 징후가 보이거나 상악동의 함기화로 뼈가 부족할 때, 혹은 일반의원에서 실패한 윗어금니 임플란트 케이스

Procedure_ Accurate diagnosis and appropriate pharmacological, rehabilitative, and psychological treatment by an oral and maxillofacial specialist. Artherocenthesis, dry needle technique.

Purpose_ To treat patients who won't go to the dentist due to anxiety.
Target_ Individuals with significant psychological stress related to dental treatments.
Procedure_ Anesthesia using intravenous sedation. The procedure follows the ACLS(advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation) protocols and emergency airway management techniques from OMFS department at Seoul National University Dental Hospital.
